·        Important Vendors will be registered on a "First come First serve basis"

 

1.      Festival hours vary depending on the date and location. Set up time is generally 2-3 hours prior to the event opening each day. Vendor vehicles will be allowed on the field unless space is limited.  Festival staff will be on hand to provide space assignments and general assistance.

2.      All fees must be paid before setting up.

3.      Surrounding area is to be kept clean at all times.

4.      Festival times are to be strictly observed as outlined by festival organizers.

5.      All vendors will be selling between designated times only.

6.      Vendors must vacate the facility by 9 pm unless otherwise stated.

7.      Vendors will supply their own electricity, water, tables, chairs, tents, and any other items that support their operation.

8.      Vendors are solely responsible for the security of their booths and property.

9.      Vendors must supply their own shade devices. 

10.  Clean up your mess when you vacate NO DUMPING ALLOWED.

11.  If asked to leave for violating any festival rules, or non-compliance with Health or Fire Departments rules and regulations, you will not be refunded any funds, and you will not be permitted to return to any future festivals as a vendor.

12.  Full payment has to accompany every registration form, or you are not registered.

13.  No refund of registration fees allowed once registration fees have been paid and booth assignment made.
